Wraps: discover a delicious sandwich alternative with easy wrap recipes by BookSumo Press
There are MANY color full pages of things that do not relate to the recipe or foods that need to be put in their own book.
Table of contents that contains recipes that are not in any specific order.
Each recipe has its own title, to far right hand corner it has prep and total time, servings and some nutritional information: calories, fat, NOT broken up into good or bad, cholesterol, sodium, carbs and show more protein. Some pages have a dark background with white lettering, other pages have white background with light gray lettering, hard to see.
List of ingredients are included and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low sodium, low fat, low sugar and fresh vs. canned items.
Directions are given. There are NO specific photos of the items, they could be on another page but they are NOT identified.
Lots of good ideas for every meal. Sloppy jo wrap would be my favorite to try.

How many ways are there to make an omelet? With a sauté pan, you say? Omelet Cookbook: An Omelet Cookbook Filled with 50 Delicious Omelet Recipes will enlighten you that there are many: in the oven, boiled in a Ziploc bag, microwaved in a mug, baked in a muffin tin (great for freezing for easy on-the-go breakfasts). This cookbook has some quick and wonderful recipes, most of which are perfect for keto and low-carb diets. And as a special treat, I got this cookbook for free in the Kindle show more format. I couldn’t ask for more! show less
I love these books from BookSumo Press; the recipes are reliable, and for the most part quick and easy, and I also enjoy the photographs included throughout. Regional cookbooks are one of my passions, so I am pleased to come across this one to add to my collection.
At first glance this is a pretty book, with lots of nice pictures and a well-designed layout. But the pictures don't have any captions and have nothing to do with the content, they appear to be random stock photos. There is also no organization to the book, the recipes are in random order, with breads, desserts, pies, and savory dishes all mixed up. Many don't have anything Amish about them.

Worst of all, the recipes themselves look like they were written by an early version of ChatGPT. The show more quantities are random, the instruction calls for unlisted ingredients, and the text reads like a poor machine translation, with atrocious grammar and spelling errors and sentences like "Line up a 2 pie dishes." show less
