Man what a mind trip!! These two authors have created such an awesome stalker/mafia type of world and characters that will stick with me for a while. Jasper is dark, cruel, and somewhere deep inside he hides the tiniest bit of affection he has and only saves it for his Petal. Georgina is a clam person, a nurse, but her fake smiles and the way she hides her true self away from the world peaks Jasper’s interest and then she becomes his obsession. These two together are like kerosene and show more fire, they are perfect for each other, explosive, but also volatile. Not to reveal much about the story but this book had me all kinds of twisted and I loved each moment of it. It does end kind of on a cliff hanger but the second book is coming out soon so the wait won’t be long and I’m excited to see where the authors take this story because like I said it’s a wonderful, crazy, and twisted mind trip and the authors pull this off beautifully. show less
I really wish I could give partial stars, because this is a 4.5.

You may think that you know the story of Cinderella, but you don't really know it until you read Isabella Starling's absolutely filthy, adult version of it. Starling creates some of the best filthy fantasies that anyone may want to read.

Ella is a sweet 18 year old who just lost her father. Martha, her stepmother, has dragged her away from everything she knows and is making Ella do everything, including going in to work for Rafe show more Goldwyn. Martha has been his housekeeper for a long time and she is madly in love with him, which makes her very jealous of Ella when she draws Rafe's attention.

Rafe is the heir to a fortune. His father is dying and wants Rafe to find a wife. Rafe wants that wife to be the beautiful princess that he first saw mopping his floors, Ella. He knows that she is perfect for him and now all he has to do is make sure that she understands that. When it comes time to have the masquerade ball, he's sure that he'll be able to propose and collar her right then and there. The question is, will his Cinderella let him?

This is a lovely story, with some really hot sex going on. The love story is beautiful. Rafe has such a deep love for Ella. One of the things I like best about this book is that we see the emotional stuff more from Rafe's POV. I mean, we get some from Ella, but more from Rafe. That's pretty cool.

Anyway, this isn't a fairy tale for kids, it is strictly 18 , so just make sure you're aware before you start reading. But if you like filthy love stories, this is one to go for.

Wow!!! Well I devoured this second book in one night, I loved how wild and intense the first book was and how it left me wanting so much more and now with book two we get the conclusion to Jasper and Georgie’s story and it is epic. This book obviously picks up where the last one left off and things between Jasper and his Petal are different she is wondering what she has gotten herself into and Jasper’s obsession is becoming more and more intense. I loved how Jasper never wanted to admit show more out loud how much he is entwined in Georgie’s life but in his own way his obsession shows how much he cares. There is a lot more action, twists, and turns within the mafia aspect of this book and it kept me intrigued the whole time and even if Jasper is a little unhinged I fell even harder for him because I loved the way he loved Georgie and all his craziness. Georgie proved to be much stronger than we originally thought in book one and she proves it time and time again and Jasper is so wrapped up in her that she lets her walls down and finds herself just as obsessed with him as he was with her. These authors found a way to pull me into a crazy world with different twists, interesting/taboo things we come to love, and an original story that sticks with you long after you read it. I really hope Enzo gets a story he seemed very interesting and obsessive like Jas. show less
Isabella Starling has come back with another one of my favorite kind of fairy tales, a dirty, twisted, filthy, adult kind. This time, we're getting Beauty and the Beast, and 5 alarm fire doesn't even begin to touch the heat level.

Arabelle is the only girl in her family of 6 kids. Most of her brothers are older than her and want nothing to do with her. Her dad is a deadbeat and in deep with gambling and borrowing money, especially to Dominic. When it comes time to collect, Dom decided to go show more handle this one personally. He tells her dad that he needs to pay up. Arabelle volunteers to go with him to pay her father's debt.

Such a great story. There are secrets and machinations that are affecting everyone's lives, some that Dom knows about, some that he doesn't. Belle is a super strong character, stronger than most people may think, and she's pretty awesome. All in all, one of my new favorite fairy tales.
