Lump Lump does not want to go to sleep even though winter is coming. He asks his wise mother, Blue Bird and his forest friends to help gather materials for Spider Woman to weave a blanket of dreams. It is inspired by Navajo/Dune culture and folklore and features the work of the famous weaver Barbara Teller Ornelas. This is a beautiful story about family and friends and their journey through traditions and the Southwest. I would recommend this for any collection looking for more books about show more folklore. show less
