Monika is the daughter of a High Sorceress. To say she finds Konstantin attractive is to put it mildly, despite his brooding, dark, stoic front. She buys him an ancient sword, not knowing the price involved.

Until the one collecting on the price comes calling. Elias came for sword and then came the twist in tale that mother witch had made the Konstantin nightwardens for her daughter too. Then price is high and problem are big and they have to save themselves from sorcerer because he gave sword his life with magic and destroyed his dreams now the life has to sustain for his survival.

Monika made agreement and they end on good note and Happy endings do exist as Konstantin got reward for his service and he got freed from his duty of nightwarden and be the lover to Monica she always wanted. show less
