I received a PDF.file of this book from the author through a giveaway she had on LibraryThing.com and the following is my honest opinion.

No matter who we are, each day someone has in all probability been confronted by one or more of a myriad of negative sensations from but not limited to confusion, emptiness, purposelessness, rejection, and worthlessness. If this sounds like you, then you’re in the good company of the author of this book, 1Unique Writer.

They say that Confession is good for show more the Soul, which is why this author in writing this book, she wants to help you lift yourself up from the abyss that all those negativities have created for you by sharing confessions of her own life experiences through the poems and prose this book contains.

If there’s one thing that’s certain, it is that you’re not alone in feeling this way, for there are a multitude of individuals sharing your same feelings of being downtrodden, and all needing a helping hand so they can move on with their lives.

I believe the sentiments this book wants to display to its readers can be best defined in the words of the song “Who Can I Turn To” from the Broadway musical “The Road of the Greasepaint – The Smell of the Crowd” by Anthony Newley:

Who can I turn to
When nobody needs me
My heart wants to know
So, I must go
Where destiny leads me
With no star to guide me
And no one beside me

I'll go on my way
And after the day
The darkness will hide me
But maybe tomorrow
I'll find what I'm after
I'll throw off my sorrow
Beg, steal or borrow
My share of laughter
'Cause with you I could learn to
With you on a new day…

For wanting to help her readers out of the fixation they’re in, about feeling helpless, I’m giving the author and her endeavor here 5 STARS.

During my journey in my trying to be a good Christian, I have discovered quite a few things, the most important of which is my purpose in life. The things that I have discovered regarding my purpose I wrote in a poem, here are a few of them:

I am a Christian woman,
As I share the Lord's word each day.
I am a Christian woman,
What more is there to say.

I am a Christian woman,
For in me, the Lord's planted a seed.
I am a Christian woman,
For giving birth is a good Christian woman's need.

I am a show more Christian woman,
Praying for those who are sick or injured.
I am a Christian woman,
Doing this, I know that by the Lord, they'd be cured.

Each Christian woman's purpose is quite different for each one, and discovering them can be an arduous task. I know because that has been what I have discovered. As Christian women, we know that the Lord has a purpose for each one of us, but the Lord only knows that purpose.

Having already gone through the discovery of my purpose in life, I know that to accomplish the task, we need some assistance, like that of a guidebook. This is why the author of this book decided to help her Sisters-in-Christ by providing them with a means to discover their individualistic purpose in life.

For giving her readers guidance in discovering their God-given purpose in life as a Christian woman, I have given the author 5 STARS for her endeavor here.

Being a child of the 1950’s I can remember Nat King Cole singing “Pick Yourself Up.” The reason I’m mentioning this song is that the lyrics just epitomizes what this book is attempting to communicate to its readers:

….Nothing's impossible, I have found
For when my chin is on the ground.
I pick myself up,
Dust myself off
And start all over again.

Don't show more lose your confidence if you slip
Be grateful for a pleasant trip
And pick yourself up,
Dust yourself off
And start all over again….

And in order for someone, anyone to accomplish this they would simply need the motivation to do it. Motivation can come from a variety of sources, but the most powerful source is that which comes from reading the GOOD BOOK, the bible.

The author, 1Unique Writer, invites her readers to SLOWLY READ each one of the poems she’s written exclusively for this book. Once the reading has been completed readers are instructed, with the teachings of the bible in their minds, to ponder on what they’ve just read, as they process the combination of these two items in their minds. For as we’ve learned growing up, the bible is the storehouse of a lot of insightful realities which needs to be applied to this reading process. And if everything has been done correctly then the encouragement that is being sought will be able to manifest itself as will the motivation that is so desperately wanted.

For wanting her readers to be able to pull themselves up from the abyss of feeling demoralized from the inability to succeed so they can reach the apex of the mountain they’ve set their eyes on, I’m happy to give this book and its author 5 STARS

I received an advance mobi.file copy of this from the author through a giveaway she had on LibraryThing, and the following is my honest opinion.

How many times have we, in our time of need reached out to G-d as ask him for his intervention to help us get through the crisis we’ve been facing. Quite a few, right. But then we get frustrated because we didn’t seem to get any sort of response to our pleas.

This frustration, according to the author in her book, is due to our inability or lack of show more knowledge in the knowing how to hear what he’s saying to us and recognize when he’s speaking to us. show less
