P.I. Jason Prophet has a police detective friend who helps get him hired to protect a Japanese woman, a woman whom Prophet will fall in love with. When his detective friend gets murdered and the woman disappears, Prophet will embark on a trail that will lead him to Japan, where murder and mayhem will be the order of the day. If you like good crime novels, you will be fulfilled. As a favorable footnote, James T. Morrow knows his grammar.
