I love this book. It's a booklet from one hour reads that gives a summary of what to eat from the bigger book by Dr. Mark hyman " what the heck should I eat". This booklet takes the confusion out and let's you start a plan you feel confident in. It makes sense. It's not so strict you feel deprived but, you will be too be dedicated to gaining health and losing weight to follow the plan because it does cut out all the junk that makes us fat and unhealthy.
