David Gibson is one of the founding members of In-Public, the first modern international collective of street photographers. In-Public, which was founded in 2000, has been a pivotal influence worldwide on the growing popularity of street photography. A practicing photographer himself, David is also show more a well-known and highly respected photography tutor, and has led workshops in London, Bangkok, Beirut, Athens, Amsterdam, Warsaw, Singapore and Stockholm. I thought this was really good! It is descriptive, not prescriptive, providing a scaffolding that one can use in approaching street photography. I particularly enjoyed the photographer profiles and examples of their work. For inspiration, I bookmarked a lot of websites and followed a lot of folks on Instagram, not to mention added some books to my watchlist.
