I enjoyed learning more about my city through this book. I had no clue that so many buildings had been destroyed, as my town prides itself on the historic relics that we still have. The photos make me wish that I could travel back to that time and live it for myself. At least the pictures are still intact, which will allow me to fantasize about what life back then would have been like.

I enjoyed this collection of photos, as I always do with books in this series. This book had more pictures of people than I'm accustomed to in this series, though.

Enjoyed seeing pictures of old houses and other buildings in the Wilmington area in this book.
