This rhyming poem uses Caribbean fruits to help children learn to count to ten and explore the various types of fruits that the Caribbean has to offer.
This was a decent read. The variety of fruits included were interesting and the writing style and rhyming were engaging, but the illustrations are a bit dated. I appreciated the descriptions of most of the fruits included in the back of the book, but I wish there were descriptions of all of the fruits instead of just some that the author show more assumes are less common or that less people will be familiar with. show less
