I do not have the Dover reprint edition, which I did not know existed until a week ago. I have an original 1903 copy that I found in Old and Rare in Marianna many years ago. Printed on acid paper, it flakes off every time I open it up. (No wonder they're rare). Each of the houses has its own page with a perspective drawing, a floor plan, and an approximate cost to build. Most houses are under $4000. the most expensive one, I think, is about $45000 made of stone. You can see many houses show more similar to these by driving through any historic district.
