Bradley designs are some of the best in my opinion. Patterns can be done independently or added together to create your own 'masterpiece'.
This book of Victorian needlepoint embroidery designs are based on actual period pieces of work. Projects include color charts. There is a lot of information on the style of needlework done in the Victorian era with discussion of the favorite motifs. Stitches and finishing information are at the back of the book.
