Born in a small southern town, Christopher longed to be part of a community open to male sexuality and broadmindedness. With little around him to reflect his emerging desires and sexual attraction to men within his town, he began writing during adolescence by making up short prose captions to Tom Bianchi photographs that he "borrowed," "cut," and "pasted" from a relative's library to make small folios, which he kept hidden under his mattress for night time "dreaming." Thus, began his life as an erotic writ
