This short leadership book is an excellent read. It was my first read on the broad topic of inclusion. I liked how the author argues for a 4 stage model of psychological safety. There are numerous discussion questions in each chapter (very helpful since I plan to read this for a workplace book club in the fall). I also appreciated that the author shared a variety of examples - including his own experience managing a steel plant - to back up his points. At 140 pages, this short read is a show more powerful resource for anybody looking to understand and practice inclusion in the modern workplace. show less

One more of many concerning change I've read recently, and one of few on a very steep pyramid of value with the majority not worth your time at the bottom, and books like this that are, at the top.
