In nearly every sphere of life inches count as a valuable physical asset. The man who lacks inches frequently discovers that his deficiency constitutes a bar to his success.

He is reminded of his lack of inches as an obstacle to advancement all during the line, and is made more or less depressed and unhappy; a condition that need not exist if he will systematically apply a simple remedy as a corrective.

For height can be increased, not by leaps and bounds 'tis true, but by a carefully show more graduated process of stretching exercises, and there is no doubt that by careful attention to a regular routine of fresh air, good food and physical cultural methods, there will be few who will not be able to make themselves taller by their own efforts. show less
