'Awaken' by Stephen King is a collection of short stories. I felt that this was not his best work. I am usually a huge King fan but this book was not one of my favorites. The stories were good but the endings were terrible. I'm not into endings that leave me hanging like wth?! Each one of these stories could've been elaborated on and made into some really great books, imo.

It is good enough to recommend the read but not a 5 star kind of book.

Very short stories. A couple stories are pure King and a couple downright stink.

Nice bedtime reads. Let no enough to wind down. Not so long I stayed up too late. Good stories, too.

Appalling. The real King should sue. The last of the trilogy was so poorly written that I was astonished it had been published anywhere, by anyone, for any reason. It was free to me, and even so, it was too expensive. If there was a lower rating than one star, I would choose it. Blurg.
