6/11/22: I chose this book because of the section on Goal Juggling, aka handling multiple priorities at the same time. When actually looking at this section, and skimming the other parts of the book, this book is academic. It's great for "geeking out" on the concepts and trends of how people function, but not for helping me better handle all the things I'm trying to handle; more about how to better understand how I'm handling them. Again, it's more intellectual than actionable.
Interesting book, but an end section drawing walking the reader through goal setting would have taken this book to the next level. For this book to be actionable, you would have to flip back through the different sections after reading.
I liked this one - some good thoughts on glass half full and goals.
