A very brief overview that left me with many questions. I will have to find a lot more books on the subject, it seems. I also found the breeding practices for many breeds unethical and their results freakish. I wanted information about keeping common rock pigeons as pets/companions but this book is about fancy pigeons only. Upon reading the book I decided fantails might be a good option but there was so little information that I'm going to have to do a lot more research.
