As soon as I started reading this book, I was hooked. Ronan is grumpy but underneath that tough exterior, he is a big cinnamon roll. When Ronan would get nervous, he had a habit of scratching his horn. I thought this was endearing.

The one moment that really won me over was when Ronan picked Justine up on his plane and she found that he had stocked up on a bunch of her favorite romance authors. Any man who will indulge in his woman's interests with pleasure gets an A+ in my book.

This is a really funny book. If you liked/loved Warm Bodies, you will want to check out this book. Who knew that all it took was Adam to become a zombie to turn out to be the "perfect" boyfriend.

Adam is very lucky that Jen works in the healthcare industry and knows how to sew. It comes in handy when body parts fall off and need to be reattached. While Adam's heart may no longer be beating, this does not mean that he does not still feel something for Jen and cares for her.

I was laughing the show more whole time reading this book. A must read. The final spicy scene that was a nice surprise and so yummy.

I enjoyed this story. I like the sorta enemies to lovers vibe this book has. The only thing that got a little annoying was how often Kivrayn kept denying his feelings for Loren. Overall a spicy, entertaining read.

I unexpectedly enjoyed this - my first monster romance.
