fiction - dark humor. This reminds me a bit of Carl Hiaasen (interesting setting full of fun wildlife), but like on drugs. The pacing dragged a lot through the whole middle part of the story while you wait for Jamie to gather enough clues to figure out what's happening, but overall I liked it.

Sari, Tierra, Dagmar - running a Macaque rescue show more refuge/"spiritual community" at the edge of the Ocala Natl Forest in Florida. They are sort of kooky, and get more intense. show less
