New French With Ease (Assimil Method Books - Book and CD Edition)) by Anthony Bulger
So far, so good, a great way to improve pronunciation. However, this method may be a bit trickier for people who have no previous exposure to French, as the material takes off quite quickly. Well worth the money, though.

French with Ease: Day By Day Method by Anthony Bulger
Conversational French, with a little every day. Pronunciation - vowel-sounds are constant (not long or short), nasals are at the end of a syllable (denoted with 'h' before consonant to soften), final 's' is rarely pronounced. Biggest problem is Stress--syllables are fully pronounced, less stress, and if any , on the last syllable of a word. Vous etes pret? Allez, en avant!
