All We Have is All We Need
Daily Steps Toward a Peaceful Life
by Karen Casey
I tend to see books as rectangular messengers from God, wonderful precious friends whose job it is to bring me helpful, amazing and many times exciting information that often times profoundly changes my life. In the case of this cheerful courier, as soon as I saw the cover I felt the warmth go through me, like a cup of tea on a cold day, and when I noticed the author also wrote Each Day a New Beginning I knew I was in show more for a terrific treat.
This spiritual treasure has it all. I found it very easy to read and pull right into my heart. Basically this is a manual of deep, profound and simple suggestions on techniques to interact with others, playing nice here in earth school in ways that communicate love, peace, joy, and above all honor and respect. When I get in my spoiled bratty kinda moods all of a sudden the world is all about me and no one else, and this precious etheric emissary in just a short couple minutes can bring me right back to my usually buoyant self. I would recommend it to anyone who has a desire to learn the rules of this global sandbox we call home. Awesome job, Karen.

Change Your Mind and Your Life Will Follow
12 Simple Principles
by Karen Casey
This 149 page marvel totally hits the spot when it comes to finding a tried and true method of distilling fear and changing our attitudes. The author in her sweet unmistakable style shows us that when we try to control others out of fear, we are only imprisoning ourselves. This precious hardcover how-to teaches us step by step how to move from a life of addiction to a life of freedom.
I especially enjoyed the show more stories and snippets thrown in throughout this helpful read. The format was easy to follow and the suggestions were clear and succinct. I would recommend this enlightened guide to anyone serious about finding new ways to handle old situations, and becoming changed from the inside out. Thanks so much Karen, for all you do.

Good Stuff From Growing Up In A Dysfunctional Family: How to Survive and Then Thrive: How to Survive and Then Thrive (Detachment Book from the Author of Each Day a New Beginning) by Karen Casey
Very cheerful book, highly recommended. The title and subtitle sum it up perfectly. Fairly short, lots of anecdotes. Perhaps a bit excessively optimistic.
Inspirational.

The Good Stuff from Growing Up in a Dysfunctional Family: How to Survive and Then Thrive by Karen Casey
Well-meaning, but far too touchy-feely for me to get beyond the first chapter.
