A conversational style and engaging illustrations and charts help us understand the various food groups, serving sizes, and other aspects to being a healthy eater. Overall the tone is preachy, but the information is helpful.
When Benito decides to sell his mother's homemade burritos, he realizes that he'll have to figure out the nutritional information to put on the label. As he works it through, we learn about what each part of the label means and what the numbers all add up to when it comes to deciding if a food is healthy or not. Conversational style and engaging illustrations and visuals.
