"Gorilla My Dreams" by Robert McKimson
A gorilla couple adopts Bugs Bunny.

I really wanted to like this one. Bugs does some pretty funny stuff, and there's some amusingly blunt violence. But the story doesn't work - it's several minutes of exposition, followed by a few minutes of fighting, and then it just stops.

To my mind these remain the best cartoons ever made. Some of them were old even when I was watching them as a kid.

"French Rarebit" by Robert McKimson
Bugs Bunny vs. French chefs.

Old gags that weren't that great to begin with, executed poorly. Apart from a nice performance by Mel Blanc, it's got nothing going for it.
