My Review:

I really struggled with this one here, and I rarely find indie paranromal romance to be well written and this type of story just shows how much indie PNR needs to be edited and more polished. I was curious by the setup and see how the "secret baby" aspect was handled. And I have to say it was handled so badly. I wish it wasn't the case, but this is why this trope shouldn't be written by certain individuals. My main issues with this story is that that couple is hardly together show more throughout the story. They both treat each other pretty horribly and I battled with the heroine. Yes the hero did have a need to grovel. But the way she treated him was worse in my opinion. And how she treats her own child---Man I wanted to strangle her for it. . I just can't in good conscious recommend this book or this author even. The writing style really needed a good editor as well. Overall it had very little to recommend it other than enjoying the flashbacks of when they were kids together. show less

Thank you Gertty Rudraw, you have redeemed the Shifter/werewolf genre for me.
I absolutely love this genre, but have not been able to find too many reads lately.
But… “Lycan Prince’s Fated Mate” certainly did not disappoint. Fantastic storyline and amazing execution. I look forward to reading more novels from Gertty Rudraw.
Ivie’s story was great to read. Her tumultuous life was page turning, I literally could not stop reading once I started. The ending actually was not as I show more expected. But getting there left you constantly questioning how it was going to end up… was the true mate bond going to succeed or not. Loved Ivie’s best friend. Mia was a great character. This backup character got that ‘ just the right amount of playtime, did not take over the story, but was also a best friend’
For the lovers of a good shifter novel, don’t go past this one.

A1. This was great, concept was amazing, execution was amazing. Loved the storyline, loved the characters, I absolutely loved everything about this book. This was a novel I could not put down; I actually did stay up all night reading. This book had romance and adventure. Thank you Gertty for a fantastic read.

Good story and suspense. Liked the relationship and that the FMC was tough. Great ending
