Perfect for a novice who has ideas, but no idea how to convince others to work on them. An antidote to Robert's Rules of Order -- which relegates unusual, innovative, and minority opinions to the dustbin of failed motion-seconds. The emphasis is on 1. Identifying the problem to be solved; 2. Gathering all the ideas on how to solve it; 3. Choosing the better ideas; 4. Getting agreement on the chosen solution(s) 5. Implementing.
Book is very outdated and possibly doesn't live up to today's standards in the workforce.
This is a book that addresses unproductive meetings, and how to handle them and make them more efficient.

People working in an office culture who have to go to meetings, people who want to work in management upon graduation or in leadership roles could learn things from this book.
