Blue Clark

Blue Clark holds the David Pendleton Chair in American Indian Studies and is Professor of History and Law at Oklahoma City University. An enrolled member of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation, he is the author of Lone Wolf v. Hitchcock: Treaty Rights and Indian Law at the End of the Nineteenth Century.
