Hanh Bui

Anh moves from Vietnam to the U.S. in 1975, but is too shy to speak any English out loud at first. Then, she finds a reindeer sweater at the refugee clothing shop, and her teacher Miss Mary Ellen identifies it - Anh's first spoken English word.
