Another beautifully constructed book to add to my library of collected lyrics. I already have Martin Kemp (Spandau Ballet). Patti Smith, Sparks, and Ian McColloch (Echo and the Bunnymen). This copy is signed by Ferry and in perfect condition. Ferry adds a short prefatory note and there is an Introduction by another writer. The Avalon album was said to be conceived in Western Ireland, hence the famous album cover. Ferry's more recent work is not well known but of high quality and shows his show more desire to explore new musical forms. The book only covers his original songs since the inception of Roxy Music and none of the covers which he recorded over the years. I bought this book used and was shocked to see Ferry's name on the title page. I feel very lucky to own this copy. show less
