Well to be frank, this book stinks. I've never seen anything like it before. Nearly all the patterns require the use of complex charts which are printed so poorly that most are impossible to use with grid lines so pale you can't see them clearly and all charts printed in such a tiny format they cannot be followed. I don't even want to donate this book to the library resale shop where I got it. I will tear out pictures for inspiration and chuck the rest of the book in the trash. What a waste!

as usual too small of sizes but great patterns to port to other projects

This is an oldy but a goody. The patterns are great and th pictures are fun to look at. Yes, some dated but could be brought up to date. See if your local library has a copy.

Again some are quite dated but others are pretty classic. There are some pretty famous knitwear designers involved. Some of the classic designs have dated better than some of the moderns who appear quite stuck in the 80's.
