Thomas Risse

Thomas Risse is Director of the Center for Transnational Relations, Foreign and Security Policy at the Otto Suhr Institute of Political Science at the Freie Universitt Berlin, Germany. He has previously held teaching positions at the University of Konstanz, Germany, and at the European University show more Institute (EUI), Florence, Italy. He has also taught at Cornell, Yale, Stanford, and Harvard universities and at the University of Wyoming. He is co-ordinator of the Collaborative Research Center 700 Governance in Areas of Limited Statehood, funded by the German Research Foundation (DFG), and co-director of the DFG funded Research College The Transformative Power of Europe. show less
