James Thomas Rusher

James Thomas Rusher is a native of Salisbury, North Carolina. He graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 1967 and is licensed to practice law in North Carolina. He was elected District Attorney in the Twenty-fourth Prosecutorial District of North Carolina in 1982, and was show more re-elected to that position four times.
