The illustrations were the best part of the book. The story was “ok” but the ending was disappointing. Although this book was categorized for “fluent reader” I don’t think the story would hold the interest or motivate a child to want to read.
This book is about a girl that was so lazy she didn't want to do anything. Her mother asked her everyday if she will get up and her answer was always no, not today, but one day she finally got up. This is a easy read-along book and is very enjoyable. The grade level for this book would be around 1-2nd grade.
A mom plays hide-and-seek with her son. She pretends she can't see he is hidden under the rug.
The adventures of two pet dogs that live together. Repetitive sentences illustrated. Fiction.
