The Littledoobiddles live in Littledooville at the bottom of Doobetter Hill. They are very lazy. They do not like to do anything and do the very minimal to get by. They are not very nice and are not very helpful and are not very good friends to have. They are miserable. The Doobetterdees are the very opposite. They work very hard at everything and they are great friends. Helping others comes first to them. At the end of the book it asks the reader what if you would rather be a Doobetterdees show more or a Littledoobiddle.

I enjoyed this book and thought that it has a great message about working hard and work ethic. I really liked how colorful the book is and how it looks like it was colored with colored pencils or crayons.

One way that the book could be used in a classroom would be a lesson on work ethic and how hard work always pays off. Another way it could be used in the classroom could be, after the lesson on working hard, I would have the children to get into groups and make a poster on what they can do to be Doobetterdees.
