David Forbes (1) (1966–)

This was fairly entertaining, but I felt the character development and worldbuilding were both a bit lacking.

Not a bad first book in a series, will be interested to read the rest and see if it improves on the first one, the character development and climax seemed a little rushed and not fullly fleshed out.

Sorry to say, but I didn't care for this book very much. The story itself had promise, but the writing really hurt the book.
