Good source for hands-on activity in the library.

Friendship Bracelets by Laura Torres

This is an excellent How-To book. The instructions are in color, and there are pictures for each step of every bracelet. The instructions are very easy to follow. I first had this book when I was 10, and I had no problem figuring out the directions. Instructions are included for 10 different friendship bracelet patterns: Basic Diagonal Strip, Chevron, Double Chain Knot, Swirl and Braids, Diagonal Threes, Zig Zag, Rag Rug, Broken Ladder, Bordered Chevron with Beads, and Totem Pole.
