I’m an avid reader. This book had many many good thoughts and advice but they were to the non reader or the every once in a while reader.

As far as the leading part, again, some great points but I don’t get the “boosting career” vibe.

A decently well written book that primarily addresses non-readers. Long-standing readers shall benefit quite little from this piece however it is full of good advices and will take one who wants to build a reading habit by hand. The book has also a solid list of references to go one step further. I have appreciated the fact that in quite few pages the act of reading is really well covered and the authors never seem biased. The essential is there and is well presented, despite the fact the show more substance remains limited. show less
