Graphic novel approach to D-Day landings and subsequent battles along the Normandy coast, including the Falaise Gap. Translation into English is a bit rough but otherwise is a quick overview for ages 8 and up on what happened during the invasion and creation of the second front. Illustrations of vehicles, buildings, and countryside are enjoyable; some drawings are taken directly from actual photos (like frame 5, illustrated page 19, Eisenhower talking to soldier 23 and others).
