I was surprised at this book. It was the last of the Satanic canon that I decided to read for two reasons;#1 I'd already read quite a bit about the church and #2 it's pretty expensive to get a copy. Well I broke down an bought a copy. It has quite a candid insight on the church, the philosophy, and Anton LaVey himself. I thoroughly enjoyed this book.
An interesting look at the life of the founder of the Church of Satan including his formative years, careers, loves and intellectual/musical influences.
