Ian Edelman is Curator of Gosport Museum and Keeper of Rural History for the Hampshire County Council Museum Service. From 1981 to 1986 he was Curator of the Great Barn Museum of Wiltshire Life at Avebury. This gave him an appreciation of the needs of the many visitors to Avebury, prompting him to show more write this book. show less
