The Wonderland Trail is a spectacular trail to hike. I hiked this trail with two daughters and a group on a guided hike. Prior to the hike purchased this book. It turned out to be helpful and accurrate.

The first 30 pages are about the mountain and possible dangers. Another 60 pages are suggestions on general gear, food to bring for different length trips. The bulk and remainder of the book is a log or description of the entire trail, its scenery and difficult stretches and access points.

Everything you need to know about circumnavigating Mt. Rainier except current weather and trail conditions. Includes useful sample itineraries.
