George H. Foster (1935–2002)

This is a history, not only of the Harvey Corporations dining establishments, but also a cookbook of vintage recipes and a history of menus and the ways of fine dining in the early West. It provides a list of the Harvey Operations by state and a fine index of foods in the recipes.
