Containing a few humorous stories, this book is a decent enough resource. I think the most useful thing this book has done for me is to guide me towards personal stories that are often more realistic and funnier than the ones this book has provided. That said, there are some great little segments of this book that, if adapted correctly, provide some excellent levity to the most serious subjects.
A starter's preaching reference. As the years have gone by I use this kind of reference work much less often. These kinds of collections are no substitute for the direct work of reading and developing real insight.
