The title comes from what one of the kids calls his aunt when she comes to care for him and his 4 siblings for a couple weeks while their parents take a trip to the Holy Land that was gifted to them. (The parents come back on Christmas Day, just in case anyone is worrying about parents leaving their children alone for Christmas.)

Unfortunately, this throws the aunt (Julie) into close proximity with her former boyfriend. Julie is having issues with feeling beholden to her brother for dropping show more everything to raise her when their parents died and also with feeling that God takes away anyone she loves. (Her parents died, her brother and his family moved to South Carolina to take over pastoring a church, shortly after that, her boyfriend up and moved to South Carolina also where he took an associate pastorate at her brother's church--unfortunately, he chose to do this without even discussing it with her prior to making his decision.) show less

Secrets left hidden though are never good, and once revealed true love can start to blossom.

In "A Sense of Belonging" I enjoyed Sharley Montgomery and her sense of humor and pride in what she does; she runs the funeral home in her small town. But when Boston CEO Kenan Montgomery shows up in a helicopter and asks her to plan his bosses funeral, while he is still alive, things get interesting and complicated. Sharley will finally get to meet her grandfather for the first time and having already met Kenan, she now needs to fight their growing attraction to each other since he is a big city guy, and she is a small town gal.

All three stories had a message of faith and love and showing that differences can be overcome and true love can win the day. show less

This book about the 3 oldest children. It starts out about Val Truelove. She and her siblings are to help pay for the younger siblings education. Val put her heart in the a prayer to god. She is reward with lottery ticket from her boss. She does not know that she wins or anything right away. She prays about it and ask her dad what to do. Doe's Val get her wish to make a wedding venture which is her dream. Doe's see get her wish and something un-expecting as well.

Heath wants to do something show more with is education but what does he do when his first love come to work at the farm. Heath not sure if he should do what he loves doing or get a real job. Does Heath and Jane get together? To find out you will need to read it.

Opies has a mind to work in her chosen career. But her sister buy her a date with a Batchlor of the month at an auctions and things get a little more strange and hard for her. Things start to get a better but their now story though out the three stories together. show less
