Rupert Grayson

I stumbled across Sir Rupert Grayson's name in another autobiography (Derek Lambert's Spanish Lessons) and I was intrigued enough to hunt down the first volume of Grayson's own autobiography. His autobiography doesn't present any great insights. Nor can I claim to have it life altering. But it's one of the best autobiographies, and perhaps one of the best books, I've ever read. Grayson is a very good writer, lived a very interesting life, and presents a very vivid view into what life was show more like if you were lucky enough to be born (at least if born male) into a wealthy and aristocratic British family before the collapse of that lifestyle.
