Everything you'd expect a (lame) 1st yr textbook to be. Forced humor, attempts to cover all points of view so no-one is offended, and pretty much nothing I didn't know.
The main interesting factoid (which I'd like to see confirmed elsewhere) was the claim that male gay couples, once they commit to being a couple, stay together longer than either gay female couples or hetero couples.
