In addition to many delicious and for the most part easy recipes, this cookbook also includes menu suggestions, a very good index, a guide to some of Florida’s unusual ingredients (like hua moa and longan) and interesting explanations about each place from which the recipes were taken. The pictures are gorgeous, although personally I wouldn’t have included so many of very cute baby animals next to recipes using their parts!

This gorgeous book highlights the organic, sustainable methods used by many of Florida's farmers, ranchers, and beekeepers. It's got a ton of great sounding recipes and I'm sure I'll return to this book many times in the future for ideas on how to use the locally-grown, in-season produce I find at our weekly farmer's market.
24 hours. 4 parks. 1 magical book.

I got this book at an used book sale at my school's library and it was just calling to me. I was about to pay and then I saw this book sitting out waiting for me to pick it up. I love Disney so of course I had to buy it.

This is such a wonderful book. The photos are beautiful and capture the magic of Disney. It's a perfect little snapshot of Disney Parks in the late 90's.
If you've ever wanted to bring back the tastes of a great family vacation at Disney World, this is the book for you. The spiral binding and stand make it very easy to use, and each recipe identifies the restaurant where the dish is served. My favorites in the collection include hitipi from Spoodles, Canadian cheddar cheese soup from Le Cellier, and garlic and herb polenta from the California Grill. Keep in mind, though, that many of these recipes are complicated and time consuming.
