The ABC’s of Big Impact Homemaking by Rachel Ramey is a refreshing and helpful guide for anyone who wants to make their home more meaningful. It’s not just about cleaning or decorating—it’s about creating a space that brings joy, supports your goals, and makes a real difference in your life.

Rachel writes in a friendly, easy-to-understand way. She walks you through simple steps for building a home that feels good to live in, one letter at a time—from A to Z. She talks about things show more like making thoughtful choices, building a peaceful atmosphere, and caring for your family and the planet.

What I really appreciate is how Rachel mixes practical advice with personal stories. She helps you see the deeper purpose behind homemaking and shows that even small changes can have a big impact. Whether you want to be more organized, live more simply, or just enjoy your home more, this book is a great place to start.

A cheerful and kindly book of advice to homemakers. It's a light read and would be doable for a busy woman to take in. Quizzes and exercises are provided, making this partially a workbook and not just a reference to skim through & forget, and the author provides a lot of suggestions for other related material readers can pursue from other sources (such as online quizzes and software, etc). Overall a handy resource I would recommend for anyone looking for guidance in running a household from show more a Christian perspective. show less

I was pleasantly surprised!
When I first flipped through this book - it looked pretty simplistic - especially for an Art Journaling book.
After all - most art journaling books are filled with colourful, creative examples - not this book.
So I was surprised when I started to read through the prompts - the further I got - the more inspired I got. I wanted to attack my supplies and get journaling right away.
My enthusiasm for art journaling was renewed once again!
The ideas and techniques show more described are fun and easy.
I am eager to try them out and see my completed pages.
It isn't a very extensive book (only 33 pages in total)... just enough to get started and inspired.
FOUR STARS!

I received a free copy of this e-book through the Early Reviewers program in exchange for an honest review.

This book is not overly long but contains a lot of information, including self-assessment quizzes and breaks down processes in digestable chunks. Studies and quoted information are properly cited in footnotes. I found the Christian 'spin' of the homekeeping was applicable depending on your personal level of devotion.
