The first two chapters are a good introduction and overview of facilitation with emphasis on the neutrality of the facilitator regarding the subject matter, but Chapter 2 is later dominated by the details of meeting management. Chapter 7 has more on the value add skills of observation and listening, details on intervention assessment, and helpful intervention suggestions based on participant behaviors. show less
