Rene D. Rochester, EdD, is the CEO of Urban SET Inc. and the designer of Phat Startm (Preventive Holistic Adolescent Training: Serving Teens at Risk), a program that helps communities address the needs of at-risk teens by providing intervention strategies and resources.
